Farmer’s Table brought the first farm-to-table restaurant to Boca Raton in 2013 to rave reviews! After a spectacular opening, Rachel began working directly with their Co-Owners, Chef and Marketing Manager to build upon the early success of their brand.
Ongoing research of the Farmer’s Table customer base provided us the opportunity to quickly grow the digital community with highly targeted, consistent content. These trends, paired with on-site trends, helped us ensure Farmer’s Table became a staple in the Boca scene with the restaurant filling up for lunch and dinner 7 days a week – a large portion of that being online reservations.
The digital word-of-mouth effect was strong with the restaurant earning over 100 5-star reviews on Facebook in its first year. Thanks to strategic CTAs, the Facebook community provided consistent foot traffic and led to the opening of a second space in year two.
Additional efforts included coordinating press opportunities through blogger and media tastings, strategic consulting on the grand-opening promotion of their second space and advertising budget allocation.
