The Preserve at Rock Creek is an upscale mountain community nestled in the mountains near downtown Cashiers, NC. The developers reached out to Belle Strategies to create a highly targeted Facebook Lead Generation advertising campaign.
By working directly with the web designer to ensure cohesive visuals, we created a series of four 15-second spots by coordinating drone footage and on-site photography.
Our split testing strategy included visual, copy and targeting in a variety of variations. It was executed over the course of 12 weeks during their busy season: August-October.
Based on previous marketing data gathered by the Community Developers, they set a realist goal of five leads per month. Prior efforts by their in-house team included sending traffic to a landing page where prospects had to complete a form.
In the first month alone, Belle Strategies’ efforts generated over FIFTY leads, bringing their cost per lead down many times over. The entire 12-week campaign generated over 300 leads (split testing works!) with an average CPL of only $9.11, one-third of the industry average.
Belle Strategies develops all aspects of the advertising campaign including the creative, placement, budget allocation, moderation and engagement.
