AI Marketing Tools
If you’ve read any of my articles you know I’m all about streamlining your workload. We’re focusing on efficiency without sacrificing quality here and I’ve been testing and tweaking automation tools for decades now.
As the tools get more sophisticated, the time investment people have to make in order to learn them (and use them to their full power) also tends to become more tedious.
That’s all changing rapidly as of today, July 3, 2024.
With AI marketing tools entering the chat at a breakneck pace, I’m over here vetting them so you don’t have to.
Let’s talk about which tools will actually make your life easier vs. those that just aren’t worth the time.
AI Automation Tools for Marketing
Automation is a fundamental aspect of maximizing efficiency through AI. It’s also my favorite, and that’s why I started here.
Both enable you to significantly streamline your day-to-day activities without sacrificing that valuable “human touch” factor.
The best part? You don’t have to use both. Depending on what your company needs, one can handle it all.
- HubSpot is a full CRM and its core functionality revolves around that. Over the years it’s incorporated everything else you might need, and plays well with tools like Zapier when there’s something it cannot do natively.
- On the other hand, ClickUp is a full project management tool and therefore it’s core capabilities are designed for PMs (of all types). Similarly to HubSpot, they’ve been effectively adding features that make it a powerful automation option for companies who do not need CRM capabilities.

The Best AI Tools for Predictive Analytics
AI really shines when it comes to predicting future trends based on current data.
This kind of data mining and analysis is in high demand, and the fact that AI can scale this beyond anything previous software and humans could do is pretty exciting.
Marketers know that predictive analytics tools give you a competitive edge by forecasting sales trends, identifying potential market shifts, and understanding consumer sentiment.
The best AI Tools for predictive analytics – as of now – are Domo and RapidMiner (from Altair).
I find that Domo is more user friendly and therefore great for people who may not consider themselves digitally-savvy but want to begin learning how to use this kind of information to grow their business.
RapidMiner is great for big teams. This software does exactly what they say they’ll do, and they do it very well.
There’s no reason not to leverage AI for the kind of foresight that allows for proactive rather than reactive planning.
Enhanced Content Creation: AI Marketing Tools
I might sound like a broken record here but just in case this is the first article you’re reading – I firmly believe AI does not replace human creativity, rather it provides a catalyst for deeper and more meaningful creative development.
These tools are the most well known, and they certainly make the process faster and more efficient:
- ChatGPT 4o
- Flot.ai
- I’m putting a placeholder here for Gemini (from Google), Grok3 (from Elon Musk) and Microsoft Copilot. I’ll update the article when they launch and I can test them.
As these technologies evolve, they become more and more accessible to companies of all sizes.
Trust me when I say it WILL lead to significant gains in efficiency and ultimately revenue. If you have a any questions, reach out at rachel@bellestrategies.com or book a Complimentary Consultation.
