The Preserve at Rock Creek is an upscale mountain community nestled in the mountains near downtown Cashiers, NC. The developers reached out to Belle Strategies to create a highly targeted Facebook Lead Generation advertising campaign.
By working directly with the web designer to ensure cohesive visuals, we created a series of four 15-second spots by coordinating drone footage and on-site photography.
Our split testing strategy included visual, copy and targeting in a variety of variations. It was executed over the course of 12 weeks.
Based on previous marketing data gathered by the Community Developers, they set a realist goal of five leads per month. In the first month alone, Belle Strategies’ efforts generated over FIFTY leads, bringing their cost per lead down many times over.
